WOW! Absolutely amazing boudin. The best boudin I have had in 60 years! I have eaten every boudin imaginable and all over LA. From some places that are supposed to be the best in the world. But they are no comparison to what Brian makes.Oyster Po-Boy was delicious. Oysters were perfectly fried and not overdone. Shrimp basket was excellent.I made it a point to walk back over and give my compliments - and pick up another link of Boudin!I will see you again later this week! Keep up the great work.

Okay so over priced frozen food basically I’m sorry but to expensive and Dairy Queen gives you more . I like to support local food but nothing for your money . Also way over priced do not waste your time and money for small snack size pieces . That are to expensive and taste like freezer burn.

So while visiting Rockport after needing a small vacation and some changes, I seen a Cajun food truck and decided to stop and check out the menu. My daughter and I tried the Oysters! And OMG!!! Talk about a party in my mouth!!!! I can't wait to come back! The customer service was outstanding!!! The owners were so polite! Thank y'allSo much!!! We actually got a parting gift!!! This is a definite 5 star food truck! Thanks y'all for the southern hospitality and great food!

I loved the bright red food truck, and the food went downhill from there. Staff is pleasant and friendly. The food however leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the crawfish etouffee and hubby had the shrimp po’boy.The etouffee was a tad short on seasoning, and the overall texture was more like paste, both the rice and crawfish were mushy, not something I expected. Which is a shame since I threw it out and wasted about $10. I’ve had etouffee before and maybe that spoiled me on what a good etouffee tastes like.And the po’boy really didn’t have much shrimp.
