WOW! Absolutely amazing boudin. The best boudin I have had in 60 years! I have eaten every boudin imaginable and all over LA. From some places that are supposed to be the best in the world. But they are no comparison to what Brian makes.Oyster Po-Boy was delicious. Oysters were perfectly fried and not overdone. So while visiting Rockport after needing a small vacation and some changes, I seen a Cajun food truck and decided to stop and check out the menu. My daughter and I tried the Oysters! And OMG!!! Talk about a party in my mouth!!!! I can't wait to come back! The customer service was outstanding!!! The owners were so polite! Thank y'allSo much!!! We actually got a parting gift!!! This is a definite 5 star food truck! Thanks y'all for the southern hospitality and great food!
