Awesome liver and onions!

Food was barely acceptable and overpriced. How do you serve burnt French toast to a customer? Do you think burying it under powdered sugar is the solution? The pancakes were just as bad, with one side being burnt and the other side raw.

My mom’s name was JJ, so naturally I had to give this place a try. I absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, the service outstanding and the decor was so cute. Love they gave honor to veterans, which Mom instilled in us growing up.

Solid breakfast spot! I got the JJ’s Migas with bacon and the girlfriend got the JJ’s Benedict with sausage. Waitress was on it and there wasn’t a thing on either of our plates that was mediocre or bad. Loved it and will be back.

Harlee was my server, and did a fantastic job. Very attentive and the place was standing room only. Tables were bussed quickly, and people were seated quickly. The food was absolutely perfect. I built my own omelet, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, green pepper, onion, and a hand full of Jalapeño. The hash browns were burned up crispy as requested with a side of buttered toast. My compliments to the cook, couldn't have done it better myself. Very reasonable, excellent variety on the menu. Keep up the great work, and loved the homey "Mom and Pop" atmosphere.

Excellent, by far the best meal since getting to Rockport. Nice touch with the hint of, I think Nutmeg, in the pancakes. Great cheese grits, just an overall great breakfast.

I have no idea why this place has a 4.6 rating. The food is bland. I ordered the veggie taco, NOTHING said it came made with egg. It didn't have much flavor and was dripping with oil/grease/butter. My friend Gary's omelet and was disappointed. She too said it was bland and lacked flavor. The staff were pleasant and polite.

12 for a blt I had to make my own sandwich. The tomato lettuce mayo comes on the side !The bacon is deep fried dust. Disgusting. The tomatoes and lettuce were nice. And they never buttered the dried out rye toast.

Not the worst place to have breakfast. It’s better than a fast food chain. Coffee was good.?
