Oh my goodness! We hired Mermaid's Kitchen to cater a shrimp and crab boil for 30+ people last weekend. It was absolutely delicious!! I am very picky about my seafood. This was so fresh, cooked PERFECTLY, and seasoned well. We had a lot of different spice preferences so she cooked it mild-to-medium spicy and then brought along more spice for folks to use to taste. We contacted Mermaid's Kitchen to cater a shrimp and crab boil for a family reunion yesterday. Oh. My. Gosh. It was really good. To accommodate all tastes, the boil was mildly spiced and she included extra spice containers for those who wanted to add some. This was a stellar meal. The turkey was perfect with wonderful seasoning and lots of meat (anticipating a turkey sandwich later). The cornbread stuffing was dense and moist. Cranberry sauce was very good and the hint a jalapeño was a nice surprise. Green bean casserole was just like I had growing up, very good.
