Seems like Every time I come here to get food before work I am alway waiting even longer then I should be I order ahead to avoid the wait but still have to wait 20 minutes there then I don’t receive what I order. I’ve always loved Sonic but I guess this one has just gone severely down hill.

Update Went back again today and it was made perfect......Went to a stall push button no one answered went to another stall no one answered. There was no sign saying they didn't work so I ordered through the app. Order 44 route blue raspberry slush and small mozzarella sticks. Well the slush had no nerds and very little flavor and there was no marinara in bag. I took video but I can't post it so this is the best screenshot I got.

Assistant manager(Natalie) was extremely rude. Major attitude. 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I ask why it took 15 minutes for 3 burritos. Only one car in front of me. She said she only had 2 cooks. Then started telling me I chose to sit there for 15 minutes. Very pissed off at the world attitude. Acted like she was too good to be working there. They pay their employees more but the employees get worse. These kids don't understand taking pride in their work. I won't be going back to this Sonic.

Me and the wife don't go out to eat much but when we do we want what we pay for every time we go here our order is wrong I ordered the new pulled pork tots a large one and I got tots with the pulled pork no sauce or anything orders my wife a large cherry limeade with extra real cherry s no cherry s but I got charged for them I understand ppl make mistakes but every time we go there our order is messed up plz add a quality control person so ppl get what they pay for.ThanksPaying customer

My first ever time eating at Sonic ever. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Combo. I can definitely say that I would never ever eat here again. The tater tots and iced tea tasted good. The chicken burger on the other hand was a different story- The bun was completely unedited, it was underbaked and was just gross. Lettuce-soggy, no taste unedited. Chicken-was pressed meat, coating so salty. Persevered with the chicken. Then realized that the tater tots had so much salt on them also. I don't usually eat at McDonald's, but I was hungry ate the same Chicken Burger and it 100% better.

Paid and asked for extra oreos in the oreo blast and got what seemed like ice cream with a light dust of oreos. I even ate half to see of maybe they might be at the bottom. Huge disappointment. Probably the worst sonic I've ever been to and most definitely won't come back.
My orders are usually wrong. They have slow service tonight I went in with a mobile order could not check in at the stall I pushed the button was told somebody would be right out and they continue to take multiple other peoples orders and ignore me.

I bit into at least 4 pieces of bones, that it was actually grossing me out. My tooth is achy from biting on them. For the price that y'all are charging you would think that you would have better quality burgers.
