They are permanently closed. I blame Panera Corporate for not stepping in to turn it around as well as the franchise owner for not working harder to do the same. Such a shame!

Slow service and order was not complete had to chase girl inside because we questioned her after a fifteen minute wait and way too expensive for the return. This was at 300 pm they were not busy

I went to Panera before my shift at work on 7/12/21 (Monday) and got a bacon turkey bravo and some tomato soup which is my favorite combo comfy food. Immediately after eating it, I felt super weighed down and full which I don't usually feel. I started to feel nauseous after the end of my shift and later that night my stomach would not stop rumbling. Finally I got sick and have been ill for the last three days. Not sure what was wrong with the food but I know I'm still suffering from it. Not sure if I will be able to return to this location.

Bad customer service. Was treaded very rudely when receiving our food. I was told by cashier at drive thru to pull up to wait for our food. We started to get honked by the car behind us and the manager came out with our food and rudely told us we had to move. Started to argue with us when we let her know the cashier had instructed us to pull up to that spot and started to contradict us. She wouldn’t give us our food until we moved even after we asked her to hand us our food so we could leave and move out of the way. She didn’t give us our food until me moved up to make her point. Very unprofessional.

Went to this Panera Bread on a Saturday morning. Coffee in all three pots was warm only, not hot at all. Had two cups of coffee from two different pots, both have quite a bit grounds left in the cup. The filters may not be put in properly while brewing the coffee.

I feel during the Pandemic, in general, food establishments have gone down a notch in quality. Panera, one of my favorite places, also currently in that category.

My 7yr old boy can finish the flatbread pizza by himself, from there I know, the place is good
Worst place ever. They have a bunch of lazy kids working in the afternoon shift that completely dont care. Also the food was disgusting the bread was hard I banged it against the table, i could give someone a concussion with that bread. Order potato soup look like a bowl full of throw up. Do Not Go There!!!!

Employees here are great! But manager that was schedule the day I came in named Eraa was very rude not only to me but to another customer. Whoever is higher than her needs to do something about this customer service from her. I ordered a turkey avocado blt and they forgot to add bacon, I went up to the manager and told her nicely that they had forgotten to put bacon in my sandwich and she then cut up some avocado then called me and threw my avocado at me. Management needs to do better .

I wish I could give them 0 stars, there are some of the dumbest people work at this location. Please avoid going here and waste your time. Ordered from drive thru and got my food 30 min later and cold.
DO NOT COME HERE‼Never actually took the time to search up this place but I had no choice and I can obviously see that many other people were very unsatisfied it's not just me if you order from here your order will be wrong and when you ask them to remake it they won't they are insane I talked to three employees and a manager and they had me send my husband out and then they had no food for him to pick up worst place ever and they have the worst attitudes ever God bless them all

They need to stop with the bot reviews. Also it’s time for a team change up there, management not wanting someone out of a but very disorganized. Get someone in there that Know customer service and organization. We through the drive through I was the only person there and they still asked me what did I order LOL. I see why McDonalds next door is booming.

I just went through a not so good experience with them. This past Saturday the SO and I were hungry and it was too late to cook so we decided to order delivery. I placed our order through their website at 7:20pm. About 8:15pm we still have not received our order so I decided to call Panera directly to see if they received. The person I spoke with said they did not so I went back online to place my order again. The website at that point stated there are no more online deliveries. About 8:20pm I called the restaurant back to tell them that i would place they delivery order through them. She took our order and asked me twice f it was for delivery, which I stated yes delivery. She said ok great, it should be there by 9pm. 9:10 comes around and I'm thinking it's just taking a while... I call them about 9:15, no answer because they are closed. I look at my bank acct and I was charged and then refunded..... I do not even understand what happened and was so displeased as we were very hungry. I did not receive any phone calls regarding any issues or why they cancelled my order. I honestly don't know if I'll order from them again. The food is good and I love the turkey and avocado blt but I'm unsure if it's worth the hassle.

The staff at Panera Bread in Rosenberg ALWAYS mess up the sandwiches. Saturday afternoon I ordered a large Mediterranean sandwich asked for and paid for avocado but did not receive it, had to go back to Panera for the avocado and received enough for a half sandwich. I am so disappointed because I really like the sandwiches but the staff just can’t get the orders right EVER. Places/people like this makes it hard to support them during this pandemic.
