They really want people to use the Kiosk.They (most food services) are moving to a cashierless restaurant.The young lady directed me to the kiosk immediately as I asked for help . I told her I have vision issues.She promptly changed her tune and helped me choose a delicious lunch . The other patrons complied . I'm typically calm about situations. However, let me just say, I did remain calm, when speaking with the manager! I literally had to go into this exact location THREE TIMES, before they got my order correct! I simply ordered a Nachos Combo, with NO BEEF! No beef! Oh, did I mention, with no BEEF? Each time, they proceeded to make my order with the all the fixings, Including the "BEEF". I spoke with the manager, she even started making my food, as I told her no beef. Dual service location, Taco Bell and KFC. I've had different experiences at this location. Sometimes the staff is friendly and the service fast. Other times the food was given to me cold and the service was so slow, 25 minutes for a taco bell order. The cleanliness of the interior is not good, often the tables have debris from the previous customers and the self service drinks station is often a mess. 2 star review because the bad service is more common than the good.
