Jose G. was the young man at the register yesterday evening. Honestly speaking…he was the only pleasant part of the whole experience.Evidently the kitchen staff/crew members do not understand the importance of customer service and making the orders according to when they were ordered. I was literally waiting for my order for almost an hour. This is unacceptable. I also observed how others were treated and disrespected by the kitchen staff when inquiring about their orders. A little honesty goes a long way. I saw others who ordered way after myself and others before me, who were in and out of the restaurant within a very short period of time.Thank you Jose G. for your exceptional customer service! He was the only one who was polite, communicated effectively, and apologized for the delays.

Crispy tacos were so mushy they fell apart. They must of had them sitting there for who knows how long, as expensive as everything is now not worth it. Never going again.

This is a KF Bell combo store. We had chicken. Typical good KFC chicken. Love the mashed potatoes & gravy.

Usually no issues here. Food is always good but have noticed the bean burritos are smaller, they are not filled all the way.Inside could definitely use a very good scrub.

Dual service location, Taco Bell and KFC. I've had different experiences at this location. Sometimes the staff is friendly and the service fast. Other times the food was given to me cold and the service was so slow, 25 minutes for a taco bell order. The cleanliness of the interior is not good, often the tables have debris from the previous customers and the self service drinks station is often a mess. 2 star review because the bad service is more common than the good.

Went today solely for the Nacho fries but decided to also grab $45 worth of food. The wait was long, they tried to give me a drink I didn’t pay for but I kindly rejected as I’m not the type of customer to take food that’s not mine. Getting home disappointed that my nacho fries are nowhere in the bag. Totally ruined my night. Not coming to this location again.

I got a stomach virus from there Mexican cheese pizza. I had a massive stomach ache. It was nothing I experienced before. After couple hours I had explosive diarrhea and vomiting. The next day I was bed ridden and had to call off work. Will never go to this taco bell location again.
