Great variety, kills it with the bbq - not over doing the smoke flavor like a lot of places. Pulled pork is one of the best things on the menu, but I really like the variety of burgers. Bison burger?! Yep

A few weeks ago, my husband and I wanted to celebrate his birthday with some takeout. When I asked him what he was in the mood for on Friday afternoon, he said "a hamburger.. and potato salad. Think we can find that combo anywhere?"Lo and behold, a quick search of nearby BBQ joints turned up this gem, only five minutes from our house. We hopped in the car and drove over, and the owner was charming, funny, and just an overall sweet guy. He let us sample the brisket, which was so good my husband changed his order. We both got plates to go (and even a free slice of birthday apple pie!) and really enjoyed the food. It didn't come with BBQ sauce, which I'm not sure was intentional or not, but we devoured it. :) Looking forward to going back!!

Wow! This was a great find! We are always looking for good BBQ and sad it took us this long to find Big O’s! The Brisket was amazing. Big O gives great portions. The coleslaw and beans were perfect. The coleslaw was a nice vinegar/sweet one and the beans were full of flavor. Big O gave us some yummy samples. He is a genuine and very kind guy who absolutely loves what he does. This place blows Rudy’s & Salt Lick out of the water. Our son got a hamburger and wow!! Who knew a hamburger could be so good! Big O does not skimp on the size of the burger. You definitely do not leave hungry. We cant wait to go back and try the Ribs, Sausage, Chop Beef sandwich, and burger! ? YUM!!!

This evening we tried Big O's BBQ, Burgers & More food truck off US 79 near Hutto. Good eats. The brisket was moist and flavorful. Tasty sauce. Cole slaw and beans were good, too. Our son had the burger and it was delicious. I'm not sure if it was just the salt, but it had a really good seasoned flavor. Thin cut crispy fries were a great addition as the side. Had fun playing some corn hole while we waited on our food. And Big O is a nice guy to visit with, to top it off. We will definitely be back to try the "and More" parts of the menu!

The food was amazing the first time! Today tried them again and it's absolutely love it still. The brisket is moist and soft. Also tried brisket tacos. The kids love it. Definitely be back again to support the local.

I've lived less than a mile away from this hidden gem for a year now and just barely decided to try this spot out. Lets just say, I regret not swinging by this food truck earlier! Their brisket is just fantastic and so is the pulled pork. I wanted to try the tamales , however seems they are quite popular, so had no luck. Definitely give this a shot. I believe they do call in orders, so thats a win!

My girlfriend and I tried their burger and I must say it was a fantastic burger! Made fresh to order, juicy, and flavorful. Owner of is funny and friendly and was kind enough to offer us a sampling of the brisket. Oh man, that brisket was tasty! Will definitely be coming back to try out the delicious BBQ.

Very good place to eat. This is our second time eating here and it hasn't disappointed us. He has burgers, tacos, tamales and so much more. The outdoor sitting area is a nice touch. It helps keep the social distance thing also. We've been coming in the late afternoon, so the sun and heat is at a minimum. Only complaint would be it's right next to 79 and have to hear all the cars passing by.

Has the cheeseburger and chopped brisket sandwich. The burger was fantastic. Juicy and full of flavor. Same with the brisket sandwich. Not too salty, full of flavor and not over sauced so the meat was the real star.
