“Yesterday I went there right after opening and there was a line.Sadly there was 1 person taking orders and getting it together all while cross training another.Between each order she had to continuously stop to go make sure the cashier was ringing things up correctly.I'm not in the restaurant business but the only thing that came to mind was BAD MANAGEMENT.It was 11am and the lunch rush would be coming soon and being the only one able to run that line was a lot for 1 person.There was several people in front me and several behind me before it was my turn to order.I will say that employee did an excellent job taking orders, putting together orders and training all while staying calm even as the line kept getting bigger.“
“I went through the mobile order drive through around 2pm on a Tuesday (fastest & best experience ever) the guy was extremely friendly and GREAT customer service skills!! I am so happy I found this location, it looks cleaner and is by far the best one around town. It’s worth the drive compared to the Sundance location in RR which is SO BADD.The food quality at this 620 location is 99% better and portions were excellent as well! I had a satisfied lunch and hope they keep up the good quality for everyone else as well! :)“
