Place used to be great, bright, clean & friendly staff. Now it's run down, & dirty. The staff looks like they don't want to be there. The ceiling is filthy. They used to have sauce out for self-serve. They no longer have that and they have a office chair in the dining room as a seat for customers by the chip rack .Signage by the register with handwritten prices $22 for three meat plate and a small drink. The Meat was extremely overcooked .This place really needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

I happened to be in the area so I picked up a 3 meat plate from a T-Mobile promotion. The portions are small for $19. And what are these two clumps of chicken? Chicken breast doesn’t look like this and this isn’t what they advertise in their pictures. All the meat was dry and overcooked. I arrived early for my pickup and it was already waiting for who knows how long in the heating box. And there were no customers there while Pita Fusion next door was packed. Womp womp ☹️

Like the other reviewer stated this place should be closed down. This has to be a franchise, the store was ran by a 14 y.o. boy. The employees look like they were scared. The food I ordered yesterday was horrible I order two 2 meat plates brisket links and chicken. My mouth was watering for some BBQ. First my brisket had a mix of chopped fat and burnt pieces. It was slimmy. Just disgusting tasting. The chicken was so dry I was choking I had to take a drink after each bite. I just said forget it. I gave up on this food the mac had no seasoning. I was so disappointed! They need some help. The store need to be seriously deep cleaned. Its just nasty in there. I do not see how this place has passed its health inspections.

This is overpriced for what you get. The brisket is dry and flavorless and the ribs are severely overcooked. If you are looking for good BBQ, go somewhere else. If you are looking to feed a large group with Ageusia this might be a good spot - as long as you do not mind the food being dramatically overpriced.

This place has really gone down hill. Its dirty and the workers were handling food with no gloves. The chicken in the picture looks sliced and delicious, but the chicken I received was flavorless and extremely dry, nonedible dry. The brisket lacked flavor as well. We sat here wondering how they stay in business. We definitely won't be going back!

Not sure what happened. I order from Dickeys all the time and the chicken was great! It must be under new management because the chicken was terrible this time around. Didn't taste smoked at all and had some different seasoning on it plus the biscuits was replaced with bread. I like the bread but the chicken was dry and didn't taste smoked at all.

Placed an order on Favor. Driver messages me after 30 minutes that they are not accepting Favor orders. Why is your location listed on favor then? Unlist your restaurant and do not waste peoples time.
Been coming here for years and like most places post-pandemic it just seems to not have recovered. I always get the chicken but the past few visits the chicken has been terrible. Its way overcooked and an awful experience to eat. I get in earlier around 11:30ish so I assume I'm getting leftovers from the previous day that have been sitting under the heater all night. Completely unacceptable to think that that meat can be served to a customer and at $20 a plate without a drink. Sides are fine and staff is friendly enough. But if a BBQ places meat isn't appetizing it's not going to be long before people just stop coming all together. If I do return I will make it a point to staff to pull fresh chicken, though it should not be on the customer to do so.

This place should be shutdown!!! The bakers potato was a hit at one time and then when I started noticing 2 small potatoes instead of 1 big potato, I SHOULD HAVE RUN FOR THE HILLS. Today I got a 3 meat plate: 1 rib, 3 jalapeño sausage pieces, and 3 silver dollar size pieces of brisket. The sausage tasted spoiled, the brisket was like eating beef jerky, and the 1 rib also looked and tasted spoiled. $19 for this nonsense. The mac and cheese was out of a box and the beans had to be from HEB grocery store. I will never in a day go back here.

This place was amazing, never been before but my first experience was excellent. The customer service was really good everybody was friendly, the food was even better everything was super tasty and cooked very well. Prices were very reasonable, the store was superbly clean. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.

My sister and I ate lunch here today. We both ordered the grand baked potato one with sour cream and onions, the other one without sour cream and onions. Neither potato had sour cream or onions, the potato was luke warm at best, brisket was taste less and the bacon was as if the pulled out of the fridge chopped it up and tossed it on the potato. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
