WOW I need to leave a separate review for their margaritas. Just saying it put me out. And the friends I came here with!! Took a long nap when I got home that day. I'm definitely making this my go to margaritas spot. Worth the drive if you're a little far from El Taquito!

Menudo anyone?? I have found the place where they make really good, authentic menudo. Only thing missing is more hominy. But that is easy to add. The red chili soup is perfection, incredibly tasty but not too spicy for the locals. Honestly, everything coming out of this kitchen is mAvelous... try their enchiladas banderas and then tell me about it!!

I grew up in a border town and it's been a struggle finding authentic taste. This is on my top 3 places to go get some tacos! I recommend the Al Pastor tacos

I was born in Mexico and grew up eating my grandmother’s food. I have tried many places in the city and it’s surroundings that claim to be authentic Mexican food and have always been disappointed. El taquito has become a personal favorite with its authentic flavors. I moved out of town a year ago and I still drive all the way to the Round Rock location to get their mini tacos, pozole or menudo. Their Chile relleno tacos are my husband’s personal favorites and their margarita are delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today. This has to be the worst food I have ever eaten. My chicken was raw, dry tacos where soggy!! Overall horrible experience. Wish I could get my money back.

Disappointed today. Love their breakfast tacos and often pick them up in the weekend. Supposed to open at 8, and I was a few minutes early. 2 employees pulled in about 7:55, and get out of their cars right at 8. One moves the cones for the drive thru and the other goes inside. Neither acknowledge I’m there. I wait until 8:15- no one come out with their portable cash register, no one answers bell on drive thru window, nothing. Guess they don’t need the business?

Their mini tacos de carne asada are the best I have tried in Round Rock TX.

The food is amazing, even for the most discerning palate. Take it from a fat guy that takes his tacos seriously. The food is expertly prepared. The flavors come together as one delicious experience. I ordered a gringa on flour, a bistek and guisado taco on corn. All tacos were delicious. I was a bit taken aback by the price but after I ate, I couldn't be mad. Worth the price. I'll be back tomorrow. Horchata is pretty good as well.

Being from Corpus Christ, I'm a brat when it comes to Authentic Mexican food! Always on my never ending quest for the best Carne Guisada! I have tried several places but either they are too pricey, too far or close too early. My recent discovery of El Taquito checks all the boxes for this goldilocks night owl from C.C.! The taco price is right, easy location right off Hwy 35 and Louis Henna and they close at 9 or 10? pm. I'm guessing because of covid, they are short staffed because the first time I went I did have to wait a long time and my tacos were soggy but I decided to go back because: Carne Guisada! Second time I ordered just one and it was off the Chain!!! And no long wait! Third time was the Charm and I have to let everybody know to give this place another chance, ask for everything you want with your order and try to go at a better time with little wait, you will be more than happy you did! Shout out and hats off to the cook!!! She makes the Carne Guisada herself! Mucho mejor que otros restaurantes! Muy Delicioso! Muchas Gracias! My Quest is finally over! Feliz Navidad & Looking forward to 2021! Take Care & Stay Safe!

I tried this place for the first time today. I am glad I did. I got 1 each of al pastor, fajita chicken and fajita steak with salsa verde. The tacos were full of meat!!! I got them all the way. I generally do not eat raw onions but the amount on the tacos was not overpowering. I will be go back.

This was my first time trying and after viewing the menu online, what was priced there was not what we paid for. They don't really show you a menu or give an itemized receipt through drive thru so you really don't know what the pricing will be. The food was pretty good, but for the price it was certainly not enough. I may go back for a dine in experience, but unlikely for drive thru. I'm giving only 4 stars because of this.

This place is one of my favorites! The food is delicious and the employees are so very nice! I come here way too often and they know me, they're always very kind.

food is good but the al pastor tacos were missing pineapples like the menu read. and no limes at all (I always always need lime for tacos!!!) for suizas enchiladas, it just had heavy amount of sour cream but no salsa verde like it said on the menu. a little disappointing for missing what should be included...also, we did delivery via doordash and I don't know if they don't check the instructions but they didn't include more salsa verde as we requested so we didn't have enough (one little container when we ordered 12 tacos and 1 enchiladas plate - that's definitely NOT enough)

Every disappointed with the drive tru - missing food in order, confusing how to get in the drive tru. Make sure you double check your order when you get your food. I did not validate because the lady who handed me my food one by one told me whats in each bag. I trusted her and nowos
