“This is a great coldstone place- solid mixing and portions, good service and offering of samples as expected. They keep creating great options for ice cream mixes and you can always create your own. It was the end of the day and this place was a bit messy, and I do think the delightful coldstone experience isn't as special and interesting as it once was AND their app works weird with gift cards. But it's still a good treat to experience. I'll always love the strawberry blonde!“
“We're in Austin on vacation and stopped in at 1119pm Saturday night after leaving the rodeo, they closed at 1130. The employee came outside to meet us at the menu and go through options and explain the menu to us, and was nothing but exemplary. The ice cream is delicious, and customer service really exists in Texas. I can't wait to go again“
“We had 'Hands off my Funnel Cake' come out to our community party; they were a huge hit! They arrived at the event early (which was very, very appreciated!) and were very easy to work with. The truck looked great, and they were super friendly. Everyone who had a funnel cake absolutely loved them, and the hamburgers were surprisingly large (and very tasty.) Great prices for a variety of food and drinks.Thanks a ton for coming to our event and making the community come together over delicious funnel cakes and more. We would definitely love to have you back, and I certainly recommend them for your own event (or anytime you see them on the street).“

“Amy's always has amazing quality ice cream. This was our first time to visit this location and it was a perfect experience. The staff are welcoming and very customer focused. Great positive vibe. I got the Fleetwood Mac and it was sooo good. I hope they build other quality restaurants in this area. Seems like a perfect area for a Phil's Ice House. Just my opinion.“
“The first thing when you walk in is bright and happy vibes. The aura here is great! We saw some of the reviews and were a bit skeptical about coming here. We also heard they had really good ice cream, so we had to try. The nice lady who helped us gave us a sample of almost every flavor they had. She asked if it was our first time. Which it was. And gave us her suggestions on the best flavors. She did not steer us wrong. I liked so many. I had to go with the banana split since I got 3 flabmvors. They also give you unlimited toppings on your ice cream for no uncharged. This place has some fire ice cream and a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy yourself. I have to admit whoever wrote those reviews before were wrong or they got some 5 star employees now. Cause my wife and I highly enjoyed our experience here. We will be back!“
“They have a wide selection of candy and sodas both old and new school. They have fresh chocolates and other goodies as well as coffee and icecream. The staff is always very kind however it's usually only one person and if they get busy the line can get a little backed up but they work through it with a smile on their face. My favorite thing here if the affagato!! Fresh espresso poured over vanilla icecream 10/10 recommend if your into sweet coffee. I like to let the I team melt all the way and drink it like a iced coffee.“
“Although the wait was 30 minutes, it was worth it. I just happened to walk in right behind a group of 15-20 people. That’s why the wait was so long.Nitrogen infused ice cream is one of the coolest foods experiences so far this year.The texture reminded me of a thicker whipped cream. My strawberry shake was so good.I highly recommend this place.“
“Not sure what changed in the last month or so, but the burgers have significantly increased in quality. Much better than they used to be in the past years or so. It used to be pretty dry and ground beefy/crumbly, but its much juicier and fresher tasting now. Pricing feels more in-line with what it is now. Good changes“
“Really great taste. We had pasta mafia, which was a delicious dinner. Alay was our server. His knowledge about the selections on the menu was awesome as he was able to describe the meals perfectly. He was really helpful and kept checking up on us the whole time. Will definitely come back again.“
“As with most fast-food places, there's not a whole lot to say, as it's meant to be get in, get out. But this DQ has a lot of local and regional additions to it's menu (their tacos are amazing!) and every time I've gone everything has been extremely fresh. As in, I have to wait a while because it's still sizzling fresh. I love it!“
“I can’t think of a place that compares in the snow cone/shave ice realm since I’ve been to Ululani’s!They have a ton of flavors, so whether you like creamy flavors/sour/or fruity, there’s something for everyone. The hardest part is choosing.I got the shave ice with coconut ice cream on the bottom and I’ve thought about it every day since! If I want to save my calories in the future I’ll skip the ice cream on the bottom but I really loved it.I thought their service was friendly. I noticed another customer asking for extra syrup twice while making their way through their shave ice and the staff happily obliged without any seemingly hard feelings. I liked that and thought it reflected well on their approach to customer happiness. Regarding my shave ice, I was more than satisfied with the syrup pour.I selfishly wish they had one more location in pflugerville, north Austin, or even central Austin. It’s a 20 minute drive for me but I’ll happily make my way over anytime for them!“
