I've never had a bad experience with them, both at the ordering window or the drive-thru.The staff are very friendly and I've never gotten a wrong order from them.Guessing people are just picky but y'all have to remember it's a large chain in a small town, mostly run by teenagers.“
“We stopped in just as the shop was closing and the owner was so very nice to make us some of the best shaved ice we have ever had! The texture of the shaved ice was amazing, the ice cream in the middle tasted like high quality homemade and the topping flavor combination was the best ever! We’ll definitely be back!“
