On 03/22/2023 we ordered online for pick up at the 620 location in Round Rock. When I arrived in curbside I waited 15 minutes & no employee came out to greet me or ask for my order even though I know they could see me because I was looking right at all of them. Another vehicle drove up and parked in curbside next to me. They waited about 10 minutes before an employee came out to greet them.
