Pizza hut repeatedly dropped my calls when I requested to speak to someone about my mistake order. A simple pepperoni pizza. After many repeated calls I was hung up on. I finally spoke to a manager who made a false promise to replace my order than proceeded to call me back and change her mind about it. This female manager has dropped the ball and stepped out of line while leading her team to do the same. I'm upset with the false promises and run around service they provide while offering no solution to a simple issue. If negative stars where an option they'd get all of them.

I'm in shock at the way I was treated this evening. I placed an order to-go over the phone through the call center. I was charged $22.99 for a large, specialty pizza (pre-tax). Today is Pi day so there was a BOGO promotion which shouldn't effect the price. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by an older man. There is a digital ad above the register which lists large, specialty pizzas as $18.99. I asked the man about the price difference and he said he didn't know. He interrupted me when I spoke before abruptly walking away. A male, bearded manager came over and reiterated my total. I know the total is $26.51, I just don't understand how they arrived at the total since the pizza is $18.99. He told me taxes. Tax in Georgetown is 8.25%.I opened the boxes at the counter and questioned how the pizza was made. It was supposed to be with an olive oil base, not marinara. When I asked him about it, he told me they put oil on the pan to cook it, clearly NOT understanding why the order was wrong. He reached into the box of pizza and took the receipt (contaminating my pizza with his bare hands). I wasn't getting anywhere so I just paid so I could get the pizza to those who were waiting for it. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He gave me the credit card receipt. I asked for an itemized receipt and he said he couldn't print one. I asked about the receipt in his hand and he unfolded it, with a shocked look on his face, as if he didn't know it was itemized. If you didn't know, why'd you quickly snatch it out of the box?!The final straw was jumping through customer service hoops to be connected to the store after I'd left; the same man hung up on me when I asked for his name.Your childhood school cafeteria pizza EASILY out-pizzas this Hut.

Our pizza arrived almost an hour later than what the confirmation email said it would arrive. The food was cold and mediocre. We tried to contact the store to cancel the order before the delivery guy arrived, but was not able to get in contact with anybody. Do not order from this location.And to make it worse, The order is wrong. And I have no way to contact anyone to let them know.

Ms. Debbie is AMAZING! Everytime I go in, she has such a beautiful smile and wonderful attitude! No matter how busy it is, she keeps a smile on her face and stays positive. Even when other customers are rude to her, for things that are not her fault, she still treats them with kindness. The world needs more of Ms. Debbie!!!

Ordered from Pizza Hut for delivery for dinner. Apparently they no longer have drivers and the delivery through Door dash. I was sent a drive that didn't speak English well, so when I asked him about half my order not arriving tell my to call customer service. I call Pizza Hut 2000 N Mays St Ste 118, Round Rock, TX 78664 multiple times with no answer. I get a hold of Door dash and they call Pizza Hut multiple times with no answer. Since Door dash can't get a hold of Pizza Hut I don't even know if I'm ever ganna get a refund.

Quarter a ⭐️ Horrible! Pizza came with more sauce then cheese, they charged me 3x, I called them 7x and got hung up on instead of being answered…. Will NOT order from here EVER again and DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. Take your business to Dominos!

We ordered Pizza last night, 9/23/2023 for delivery. The delivery person never rang the doorbell, but luckily my son was looking out the window to see what kind of car they drove so we knew it was here. We grabbed the pizza and headed up stairs for movie night. Thankfully the lights were still on because when we opened the boxes, there were thousands of ants crawling all over them. The tiny black ones (sugar ants). It was absolutely disgusting, we ran with the boxes into the bathroom and threw them into the shower to spray all the ants down the drain. I wish someone would have taken pictures or maybe got video, but we were all in panic mode. Once I was sure it was safe, we threw all three boxes, their contents, and any ants that survived the flood, into a trash bag and immediately took it outside. Crossing fingers that we got every one. After panic mode subside, We attempted to call the Pizza Hut where we ordered and six calls using option 3 never got connected. Then attempted option 1, got connected to a call center somewhere who then transferred me to the store. The store picked up (could hear noise) and they immediately hung up the phone, so... disconnected again. Called to let them know they have an ant problem and to get my money back, but no answer. Thank you PizzaHut for a movie night that will always be remembered. (We never watched the movie, loaded everyone in the car to go buy another dinner).

Very bad attitude from Jaime! I went in there to order pizza. I told her what I needed and she started telling me it’s too much! I asked about the melts cheesy crispy loaded and she started yelling that I’m asking for too many different things! Mentioned that they are only 2 here. She was very rude and arrogant! Never ever buy food from an angry cook!!! She told me you can leave id you don’t want it!! She has no customer services. You need to train your employees so they understand that making food for someone in an angry face is not good at all. Jaime lost maybe 5,10,15 customers just because of her attitude! I just wanted pizza only! No need to tell me you are short staffed or it’s too much for you!! I won’t buy pizza from this place anymore!!!

Sloppy food workers on this restaurant are unprofessional. This Pizza Hut needs to be shut down or hire new people who actually want to provide quality food and not just be there to be there.

Never have I had my pizza be delivered looking like this.. And no this is how it looked when I opened the box my child thought someone touched it.. Then is was cold..I have been trying to reach the restaurant but no answer. this is ridiculous and horrible
