“Part of the ROCK THE ROCK pub crawl, they were the last stop for my group. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to serve our group some beer after the previous 3 groups drank all the provided donated beer. Staff was working their tails off too as I had the largest group. The patio was awesome and a big hit w the group. Thanks for being awesome hosts.!!!“
“This is our go to comfort food place with the friendliest staff in town. We usually share the large fish and chips with a couple of beers. The cheeseburger is great too though make sure you ask for medium rare. It's a fantastic place to eat, drink and watch a race or other sporting event.“
“Review Update: BRING CASH (Dropped one star)We visited with our daughter for some apps and drinks on Sunday. On Monday I called in to ask why the extra charge of nearly $100? They advised that it was a 'temp hold' added when opening a tab and should 'fall off in 24 to 48 hours'. Today, was surprised to find the pending charge of $99.76 is STILL on my account 2 days later. I get that you want to mitigate for deadbeats vagabonds and scallywags, but this could be a serious game changer for folks on a tight budget. I strongly advise customers to BRING CASH to avoid Brass Tap holding onto such a large amount of money for more than 1 day. Also, recommend to first eat elsewhere; The Taps' once scrumptious and unique selection of hors d'oeuvres and goodies has become 18th century brig chow at best; much different qualtity than when they re-introduced their menu a couple years back: Korean Nachos, used to be our favorite. Salty thick sticky sauce, state fair cheap chips... simply overpriced and just 'meh'. (chicken wings were the star; at least edible to be fair).--Previous Review .. indeed still stands, overall--Such a fun place. I love to try beers that just can't be found elsewhere... The patio outback is fun too! These homies even sell decent cigars!“
“Nice little hidden gem. If you like semi-smoky (but not really smokey) dive bars, this has a similar feel. Good pizza for sure. Open concept, with cozy, vintage/retro feel. Pinball and pool tables to take you back to when you were a kid. This place reminds me of the VFW hall my parents used to take us to on Saturday nights for the dance and pool tournaments... Lol Tons of nostalgia for me, at least.A "don't miss" experience if you're in Round Rock. ??“
“We attended the End of the World eclipse event. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks were good. The venue is a great place to sit outside and enjoy your food or indoors has a cool vibe. I highly recommend going to Cork and Barrel!“
“This was our first time going here and it was fantastic! Started off with such a friendly welcoming by their staff towards us but most importantly towards our dog (who of course LOVES attention). The pizza was so delicious and they provide such great hospitality. Will most definitely be returning!“
“Red Horn is a stunning cafe that seamlessly blends aesthetic charm with a conducive environment for studying. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating an ideal setting for focused work or relaxation. The well-designed interior and soothing background music contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. With excellent coffee and attentive staff, Red Horn comes highly recommended for those seeking a delightful study spot.“
“I've been to The Growler Bar a few times now. Last night my wife and I went for the bar's 10th anniversary. While there were a lot of people there the bar made sure to set up extra seating. Also despite how busy it was all our food came out way faster than I expected. We had the Spinach Arugula Salad, Potato Skins, Pretzel, and Meatball Sliders. All of the food was excellent and the service was fantastic. There are a few other bar's that might be closer to is but this one is by far my favorite. They have a system that keeps up to date on which beers they have on tap and how much of the barrel is left which you can check out on their website. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for good food and good beer ?“
“I haven't eaten here as their kitchen has been closed on my visits. Good bar/pub though with a decent selection of beers and a very serviceable Guinness poured! (The bartenders are also really fast to take your order and make sure your glass isn't long left empty! Excellent service)“
“It's a classic neighborhood bar. It's also about community and family. A great core of regulars rally around, lookout and support each other. There's no other place like it. Is it heaven? No, It's Hanovers. And that's pretty damn close.“
“Last stop of late day drinking in Pflugerville. This place is a classic dive bar and two in our group found it fun. Pool tables in front and back room, stage for live music and lots of seating. Missed not having local craft beer on tap but their beer fridge is well “
“This is a decent bar to kill a little time before a movie at The Alamo Draft House. The drinks aren't cheap, but they do have a good selection of spirits. I've found service to be acceptable; I have no complaints. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for drinks, but if I'm coming for a movie, stopping in is worth it.“
“My little hidden burger and beer joint! This is truly a place to unwind after a long work day or catch up with friends. It really is a little hidden if you don't recognize the right exit. Service is always fun and funny. They make the day go by with a funny sense of humor. If you don't get, don't come lmao. Good and draft beers are on point!“
“I don't know if things have changed or times are tougher but as much as I love this place it's just gotten so so expensive. I had one local craft beer, it cost 8.12 without tip. It wasn't a special seasonal it was just a local set we're taking ten bucks per beer if you tip appropriately. I just can't y'all. I still love this bar but it's a stop for one kind of place, not a stay and chill and that's sad because the vibes are so great they just scream stay here a while.“
“The bartenders are always on point with service, they are funny & very welcoming. They have a good variety of drinks and I just found out they have chilled coffee! I love to go there and play their Firelink games, so much fun! I had an issue with the money machine one time and the owner was just so super sweet and checked it out for me. The place is always clean and smells great! The atmosphere is unbelievably fun with a great variety of music being played on their digital jukebox. There is no food served there anymore, so I cannot leave review on that. Everything else is fantastic!“
“What a fun place to start your day, take a break or end on a positive note! They are the only pub, I know of, open at 7 AM so if you need a sincere smile with your coffee in the morning ☕?, a delicious cocktail (even virgin) with a great beer selection when needing a break, or just some welcoming interaction with positive people enjoying life, this is where you can find it daily. I have not eaten at the pub but have heard positive feedback from those who have. I felt a 5 star review would not be giving you all the honesty we are looking for when reviewing ratings. Cedar Park Pub is also one of the few places I can use the restroom without feeling as though I walked into a port-a-potty, hallelujah! Any woman reading my review will immediately understand where I am at with this comment ?! There is also a variety of entertainment on any given night from karaoke to bar games to current coverage of sporting events. Cedar Park Pub is easily accessible when parking or departing for everyone as they are handicapped compliant as well. To wrap up my review, I will state again this is the stop to make when you need a welcoming smile, a breather or a delicious cocktail ??? after a long day!Parking: Plenty of parking in front and behind the pub.Wheelchair accessibility: Cedar Park Pub has also made sure there is convenient wheelchair access from the parking lot to the entrance and interior to the bathroom to the exit ?!“
“Was lucky enough to stumble on to Brix and Ale in the Sheraton for a wonderful Christmas dinner. The service from Shane was fantastic and cheerful. Food and atmosphere was equally great. Will return soon!Parking: Park at the Sheraton. Restaurant is down one floor from the receptionist.“
“I went into the restaurant today for an easy to go order. We enjoy eating there whenever we are in town. All I was picking up today though happened to be 3 jars of pimento cheese. The “best” pimento cheese ever! My husband and I had traveled to the area this week specifically to attend and participate in a beautiful Celebration of Life for one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. One of our bffs. Over the years the four of us have shared jars of pimento cheese, along with crackers; and many other fantastic offerings on the menu. Yummy, and it never fails to please us. Of course when getting an order to go, you go through the bar staff to complete the process. Today I was fortunate to interact with Cara in the bar area. She was fantastic; personable, while being excellent with her customer service skills. Upon finding out the purpose that we were purchasing the pimento cheese for, she immediately offered a complimentary jar. Very kind. We will always remember her empathy and kindness. Of course on our next trip here, there will only be 3 of us, but we will still enjoy our meal while we are in town.Great job Cara.“
