We went for dinner on Easter Sunday and they were understaffed. We were so impressed by how hard they worked. The manager is so kind and helpful, really tried to cover for her staff and keep waiting folks happy. The staff are so sweet. Aahmazing! God bless you.
Love this Applebees! Haleigh and Chrisy are the literal best. Right when I walk in they have my drink ready for me. The managers Val and Deon always make sure their guests are taken care of. It’s like my little Cheers in Rowlett! Love these guys.

The server was friendly and polite in general. I seated at the table around the bar area, so the server was one of two bartenders. It took her some time to come greeting me and take the order. She checked back on me after the drink and food were received. But I still felt it took much more time to get her attention and check on me. Not convenient though, still prefer to sit at the bar.
