“Delicious mains for dinner. Highly recommend the salmon and pork chop. Well cooked. Delicious flavors and generous portions. Service attentive at the bar. Only downside is it’s loud atmosphere . If you’re not sitting and leaning into your company, it’s challenging to have a conversation“
“Cool place, with lots of arcade games to choose from. Fun place for the entire family, all ages. Not too crowded inside, and lots of convenient parking outside. Adults can even grab a domestic or craft beer, a wine, or a sour; but it still maintains it's family friendly environment. $12 gives you access to all of the games, and you can't beat that price.“
“I recently visited Hat Creek Burger Company in Rowlett, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids to play. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the variety of toppings and sauces allowed me to customize my meal exactly how I liked it. I also loved their crispy fries and milkshakes, making it the perfect spot for a delicious and satisfying meal.“
“Everything I ordered and with different friends twice this month was really done well and tasty. First visit, partner and friend order the wraps and they were big enough for two meals! I got the bowl and added grits and the one additional choice. Service was very good, decaf coffee was delicious also. Second trip friend order pancakes and meat bowl. She loved it. I ordered an omelet and it was nice and fluffy, with two extra sides; grits and mixed fruit. Decaf, again not bitter, but smooth. Service again, friendly and well done.Dietary restrictions: They don't have gluten free bread or pancakes, but I substituted grits, and they were done well. I even drizzled a bit of syrup onto them with my coffee cream.“
“Fried green tomatoes and fried catfish were fantastic! Crispy coated, golden fried deliciousness with just the right amount of seasoning. Their BBQ is also amazing. Pulled pork, yum! We usually take home leftovers from a restaurant, but at this place we HAD NO leftovers. I ordered an extra order of brisket to take home. Sammy Lou's is worth a special trip, just for the tomatoes alone. Seriously, if you live within 50 miles, it's worth the drive.“
“Don’t judge a book by its cover… or a restaurant by its curb appeal. This is a hidden gem dinner in Rowlette, TX. I was pleasantly surprised by this one.Stopped in for breakfast in a Tuesday. No wait to be seated. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast.“
“My server, Josh, provided excellent service! Words cannot stress just how attentive he was in providing our needs! Always providing refills, asking for our wellbeing’s, and making us feel welcomed! Even though at the time of writing this review it’s his second day at the job, he demonstrated such an incredible service! Words cannot stress that enough. Can’t wait to see him next time!“
“Dalrock Diner is such a great spot. I regularly meet people here for buisness networking and everyone always comments on how adorable it is and think it must have been here a long time because of the 1950s charm. The hot chocolate comes with whipped cream drizzled with chocolate syrup and the omlettes are outstanding. I get mine with a side of biscuits which are, in my opinion, amazing. 10/10 would come here again. And again.“
