“Went to Cielo for the first time tonight for Valentine’s dinner with my husband . This is honestly the best Mexican restaurant in San Angelo that we have been to! Beats Henry’s, Alejandro’s , and Nachos . The Cielo dip was the best queso we have ever had . My husband ordered Steak à la Mexicana and I ordered the quesabirria. Excellent service , superb food, great drinks , and very reasonably priced . I had the blood orange margarita and it was so good I had to order another one 😅 Thank you Natalia for the excellent service , and to the chefs for food. Environment was clean and friendly. Not a single complaint. Excellent staff , excellent food. So happy we decided to try Cielo’s, and we will definitely be coming back .!”

“I have traveled to San Angelo several times now for work and had the opportunity to try The Grill this evening with my youngest son. We are from the Dallas area and have had some amazing meals but our meal tonight was by far the best we have ever had. We both had the filet offered on Fridays. We both had some spaghetti squash that was so amazing I was asking how to make it at home. Every single thing we ordered was cooked better than perfection. We were blown away by everything down to the amazing desserts made from scratch there. I was already looking at my schedule to see when the next time I could come back and enjoy it all again. I would highly recommend this restaurant if passing through or visiting San Angelo. I know I will be dreaming of the food tonight. Our waiter Brad was kind enough to answer my many questions about the owner as well as information about other restaurants he owns in Dallas I haven’t tried yet. You will not be disappointed in the food at The Grill in San Angelo. I’m off to my food coma now.”

“My husband and I finally got to eat at BARNWOOD GRILL! Mmmm. We both ordered the Sunday special of Turkey and Dressing. The mashed potatoes and green beans and gravy and roll were sooo good. The turkey melted in my mouth. And the cranberry sauce was the perfect size. Of course, the way you know if the food is good is when you taste the tea. It was perfect. And, for us, the portions were large enough we have dinner and supper! Highly recommend. The service is spectacular.”

“Had a wonderful experience at Texas Roadhouse in San Angelo last night! We started with the Rattlesnake Bites, which were absolutely delicious and a great way to kick off the meal. I ordered the prime rib, and it was thick, tender, and cooked perfectly just the way I like it. It was served with loaded mashed potatoes and a fresh salad, and everything was excellent.

My friend had the bone-in ribeye with green beans and a salad and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the service was friendly and attentive. Texas Roadhouse continues to deliver a great dining experience. We will definitely be back!”

“Our local veterans council put on a Mexican Christmas Dinner for veterans, first responders, an their families in December. I volunteered to bring the pastries. A friend at work recommended I visit Los Gallos Bakery and that turned out to be great advice! The good people at Los Gallos were happy to help me select a nice variety of Mexican holiday pastries and treats. The price for the number of items I picked out was more than fair - and the baked goods were the hit of the dinner! I highly recommend Los Gallos Bakery as THE place to go for fresh, delicious baked goods!”

It is visited by the cutest neighborhood cat. The chicken salad and homemade rolls are perfect. I had pasta salad and homemade chips. The pasta is peppery with just the right amount of acid and has a little crunch from celery and green peppers. The dessert cookies, especially the lemon were just yummy. The cookie was soft, melt in your mouth texture with lemon flavory goodness. The icing on the top has just the right amount of lemon tang to give you the slightest little pucker.
