Chicken was cold. Not sure how when it sits under a heat lamp. Little gravy in mashed potatoes. But the people are nice. They're professional if inexperienced. And the place is clean.

The name is ironic, considering there's nothing Express about the service rendered here... You will wait in this line at the drive through for at least 30 minutes after paying. And this is not an isolated incident, it is consistent every single time I stop by here.. And once you've already paid , they kind of have you by the balls and you're stuck there waiting.. I'm not usually the type to take the time to write a review. But I am so thoroughly displeased, and I have plenty of time while i'm sitting here in this line, so why not.. Update just got home opened the bag. And they gave me the wrong order. Probably like a $10 order. And I paid 25 and didn't even get what I paid for....

I was super disappointed that the chicken place was out of regular tenders and gravy at 3pm but the sweet guy at the window was super sweet and made it right. I didn’t he this name, he had glasses and he deserves a raise!!

The other chicken express across town Is 100x better then this trash.Service is slow and horrible, food is cold and disgusting, sweet tea isn't even sweet, rolls are cold, biscuits are hard. Idk what management allows this. DONT COME HERE, go to the one across town

This is the third time they have messed up my order. I watched them load my food this time and somehow they still didn't get it correct. The chicken was undercooked. I saw him with the biscuits in his hand and thought he put them in my sack but got home to find out they were not there.

Only place I could find in the area to get fried gizzards. They cook them when you order them so you can get them cooked soft (best way to have them). Fried are a good side!
They took 35 minutes to get me a snack pack which is 2 tenders and a side with a roll and gravy. Why did it take so long? They continue to take out orders but I was first in line and had to wait. Was driving 6 hours to my destination and was about 3 into so I wasn't happy about waiting so long.

Literally the most disgusting chicken express I e ever ate at. Ordered two number 1 combos. We waited in the drive-thru for a half hour, and finally got our food and left. Upon opening our food the most rancid cigarettey smell I've ever smelt came out of the boxes, off the chicken the side, the roles, everything. When we brought it back and had the guy at the front desk smell it he almost gagged and went to get the manager, the manager then came out and said it was just the grease. She offered more chicken and we refused and asked for a refund and she denied us because we didn't pay with cash. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
