My Wife and I went out last night with some Friends for Dinner at "Roots at the Silo", which is a Very Unique styled Restaurant that is located inside an old Silo. They are only open Thursday through Saturday and reservations are requested. A dined at Roots at the Silo last night, with a group of 9. I had the Wagyu Rissole as an appetizer, the Filet Au Poivre with the Gnocchi as my entrée, and the Pot De Crème for dessert. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Everyone in the party raved about their dishes. The menu changes on a regular basis (I believe weekly), so I recommend following their Facebook page. I highly recommend Roots at the Silo!

Lucky find on Yelp!Apparently they're usually only open first Saturday of the month with artist studios but they were open today.How do you make BLT gourmet? They managed to- add avocado, basil Mayo and possibly homemade thinly sliced sourdough bread. PLUS a side of grilled corn salad with a beautiful balance of seasoning.
