Kids run the place, so it's expected to have very little or even poor customer service. They're just learning, mostly, to even earn a wage. The pizza is as expected with barely any toppings, the wings often undercooked. Don't expect any extra toppings on an extra most bestest and you won't be let down. The place is ok for a quick fix. But it's FAST fast food, so why would you expect a 5 star joint?! Keep your expectations real.Parking: The parking is crap. Period.

Everything about this place needs to change, back in my day they had pizzas lined up and ready to go. MULTIPLE pizzas for different orders, never short. Now, it’s an expected 10-15 min wait for 1 pizza. Staff are very very very rude. Never have any pizza, bread sticks or wings ready to go. Def calling corporate tomorrow.

The staff is always underprepared every time I visit they say it’s going to be 10 to 20 minutes to cook new pizzas when I just wanted one only. It’s almost expected at this point idk why I even bother visiting

Store is run by a group of high school students. Not that thats a bad thing, cuz I understand they're out getting their feet wet with probably their first job. But some, not all, forget that this is a professional establishment.Parking: Small. Sometimes hard to find a spot during busy times. Congested.

I wish that I could give negative stars! I came into this location and there was one person in line ahead of me. We stood there for a little while and that guy ended up leaving because no one acknowledged him. I stood there for a few more minutes with still no acknowledgement. I started to yell towards the back of the store to see if anyone else worked there, because the guy in the drive-through wasn’t worried about any of the three of us standing up at front. The two people in the back they were on their phones, looked up for one second, and then went right back to their phones. Then the drive-through guy walked over, looked at me dead in my eye, and asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I just walked out. In a span of about 10 minutes, your company lost two customers because the children working there. Don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. There was one car in the drive-through and one man in the lobby when I got there. This is absolutely ridiculous, so I went down the street and spent my money at Pizza Hut instead.
They stole $20 from me and hang up when I call about it. Charged twice for order and they refuse to make it right. Pizza was terrible and breadsticks were cold and had slimy butter on them. Nothing good here especially their attitudes. Stay
