SO ARE YALL OPEN???? Google says yall are open, the hours on your door say yall are open ? Looks like yall just take online orders ? NO SIGN saying if the store close. While I just see employees talking in the lobby. Not any of those 5+ people could've came to the door saying there closed.

Everything was good untill the very end me and my friend were walking out and we were told thank you for coming and have a good night and we responded with a thank you and you too, but one worker from the back said bye thank you and we responded to it and she gave a smart remark and said “ok i guess not thank you” with other customers still in there, like what did you get out of that??

It depends on who’s in the kitchen as to how well your visit goes. There’s never a problem with the flavor of the food or the friendliness of the employees. At least not for me. But some people in the kitchen get a little skimpy sometimes. And I only go in there for two different things nachos with veg chili or loaded baked potato. And I went in and got nachos, and they were extremely poorly made. Although they tasted fine. Everything was normal in that regard. The cook was extremely stingy. And the person I was with also got the same thing I did, and there were not enough tortilla chips between the two plates to make a regular order of nachos. But that doesn’t happen every time.Vegetarian options: You have to know the difference between the vegetarian options anywhere you go. but they plainly have vegetarian chili. Which is pretty good.Dietary restrictions: They handle allergies and dietary restrictions very wellParking: They have an appropriate number of spots for the size of the building. And they’re right next to a giant parking lot for a county office that has over 400 parking spaces but only 70 employees in the building. You do the math.Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu and very accommodatingWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible

Some of the slowest, most indifferent service I've seen in my travels across Texas, and easily the worst location of McAlister's I've ever visited. Do NOT visit here unless you're prepared to wait forever to order and then even longer to get served.

Always fast to get food and always quality. They were a little understaffed but rather didn't stop them from having great service!

Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill. It was filthy and the food was mediocre. There wasn't a single clean table to sit at but the place was mostly empty.

Went there after a doctor's appt. The ladies were okay. The food was good ask for some extra honey mustard even tho it's on the sandwich it cost extra. Gave the lady a 5 for 81 cents for mustard . Got 19 cents back I guess they needed the three bucks. No garbage cans to throw trash away. I'll past on a visit again.

This location is just awful and has been for years. If you want a good experience go to the other McAlister's in San Angelo. This location is super slow and the food quality is awful. I gave this place chance after chance and then finally wised up and stopped going.

The food is delicious and they have the best sweet tea in all of Texas. The staff are nice but they are understaffed as most places are so the service was slow. They were doing the best they could.

Usually the food is good however this last time we went. There was no Avocado on the southwest chicken Avocado salad.. there was hardly any corn/ bean salad on it. We asked for extra dressing & that day they decided it going to cost $0.81 extra when literally the day before & day after I got them for FREE. So I hate the fact they are allowed to make up charges when they feel like it..Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is awesome. If you get the cookies it comes with .

I've never been disappointed with any menu item I've tried, but I confess the jalapeno turkey crunch is my all-time favorite! The potato salad and all the soups are excellent.
