Drive thru is rude, and my order is correct about 50% of the time
I placed a mobile order before leaving the office, which takes about 10+ minutes to get the restaurant. I waited for a while at the pickup area, but was ignored. I finally got someone’s attention and ask about my mobile order. When I asked for order #46, the employee said, “If you would’ve just gotten in line and told her your name, it would’ve been a lot faster.” I said, “I’m just following directions and trying to pick up where the app says to pick up.” ...read full review
