I think this must be an Angelo thing, but...well the food was ok...there is no pride taken in the making of the food at all, and the customer service was pretty much like we have to do it, not we want to do it. The manager on duty was dirty, and several expletives were heard coming from the back by himself and employees. Now, I'm an army veteran, so my kids and family have heard me say these kind of things, but in a business where you cater to families and your business is slow, well where I come from its a no go. To make matters worse, one of the coke machines was down, and the other needs to be worked on because the ratio of carbonation to syrup is waaay off...coke doesn't taste like coke, and Dr. Pepper doesn't taste like Dr. Pepper. The bathrooms were dirty, so dirty in fact my 2 year old son couldn't sit on the toilet, and the faucets where you wash your hands were dirty. And can someone please explain to me when you go through drive through and you get fries they don't out ketchup in the bag? Just an overall bad experience...I've been to this particular location 4 times in 2 months, and they absolutely fall short of the mark.

We made a large mobile order ($48) at 5:48 pm. We arrived to the store at 6:01 and waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. We got to the speaker at 6:06 pm, told them we were picking up a mobile order, and we were asked to pull up.We pulled up, and they handed is a small bag and walked away. We waited for someone to come back to the window and told them they gave us the wrong order. First, they said they couldn't find our order so we must have ordered to the wrong store. We didn't, and the mobile receipt shows the time 6:06 pm, the time we made it to the window.They asked us to pull up, but we went inside. After waiting, the manager, Liza, said they had no record of our order and said we must have ordered to the wrong location. We showed her the receipt again. Then she implied the order had already been picked up. We told her if it had been, then they gave our order to someone else. She said then there must be a problem with the app. We asked for our food or a refund. She told us she couldn't help us and walked away.We stood there, shocked at how unprofessional and rude she was. She walked over to the fryer and ignored us. The other employees apologized to us.Liza finally came back over, and said again there was nothing they could do. I asked her several times what we needed to do since my credit card had been charged. She said to contact the app and just walked off again.We went to the parking lot and called support. When we got through to someone, they confirmed to us that the store had received the order and filled it. We went back inside, told Liza this. She said no and walked away again.As I spoke to support, an assistant manager came out. I let him speak to support. He went back to check their computers, and support apologized for the way the manager Liza behaved and the problems. We asked about the 6:06 time on the online receipt, and she confirmed that was when we got to the store.The assistant manager came back and apologized, but he couldn't find the order. He said they couldn't refund us or give us our food. We weren't happy about that, but at least he tried to be helpful.Support told me the refund would be from the store, and she put in a request for them to refund me and call me.After the way the manager treated us, I'm doubtful they'll follow through. I'll be surprised if I don't have to file a charge back with my credit card company.Terrible customer service.Edit: It's now 1/3/2024, and I still have had no contact from the "Management Team" of this store. I've been assured now by 3 different customer service reps from Wendy's that the management team will contact me about this experience and about a refund, which I have yet to receive. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company because Wendy's obviously does not care that it has essentially stolen $48.

I come through here a lot after work. It’s close to where I live, and I’m often too exhausted to cook. But I think it’s time I stopped coming here, it really isn’t worth it.My order is frequently wrong. I usually have to ask several times to get it correct at the drive thru, and then it still ends up coming out a completely different from what I ordered. I’m lactose and I never get cheese. I’ve accidentally driven off with cheese on my burger more times than I can count, even after the teller assured me there wouldn’t be any on it. Once, I came in to get my order corrected… and it came out wrong yet again. This time, cheese and mayo, after I’d insisted it couldn’t be on there. Seriously? And I’m not even a Karen either. I know how it is in fast food!The employees are nice, but either there is an issue with their drive thru speaker or orders just aren’t getting through to the cooks properly.Also, more than once, I’ve been given drinks from a machine that needs to be refilled with syrup. Nothing worse than coming home and drinking from your cup and realizing it’s carbonated water… yuck. I know you can see when it’s empty when it’s coming out, but maybe they have a different system back there that makes it harder to know. Still. Ew.The final straw was tonight. I’m used to their burgers being a little on the pink side, but mine was raw. I didn’t realize until after I’d bitten into it and I tasted what could only be uncooked meat. Not even a little. Enough to the point where I wanted to throw up. And this was after opening it and being completely disappointed that it was plastered in mayo, even after I’d corrected the drive thru worker twice on not wanting it.I give up. I’m going to that place next door from now on.

This Wendys has the best customer service. Everyone is responsive, and service was timely. I ordered breakfast here and well..it just wasn't the best. The sausage had a dated taste and texture. This held true for all our breakfast sandwiches.The seasoned potatoes were just..ok... It was apparent that they had spent some time under a warmer. The French toast sticks were over done and not fresh. They had a burned taste and they were thrown away. We went about 9:00 a.m. I expected my food to be hot, fresh, and made to order. It fell short this time.

I just went to this location of Wendy’s at 10:54pm and I bought $61 worth of food, you’d expect all the food to be in the bag correctly and what not seeing as they weren’t even very busy at this time right? No, they forgot a whole chicken sandwich , the food that I paid for , and this is not the first time they’ve forgotten a whole piece of a meal for us. So we go back through the drive through and tell them we havea. Whole sandwich missing from our order. The girl in the window said and I quote “k” after we told her and slammed the window in my grandmothers face. When she came back to the window with our food , she basically threw the sandwich at my grandmother and screamed at her “yes ma’am it is the sandwich”. In our order, the burgers are all messed up and there’s no condiments on them at all. Y’all need to do better , that’s kind of embarrassing on your part☠️.

Wow!!! DONT NOT GO HERE!!! We ordered online. Our order was processed and our card was charged. We got there and they said they did not have an order for us. My husband went inside and showed the MANAGER the order on the app and the charge on our account. And still the most unprofessional manager with the worst customer service stared back at my husband with a dumbfounded look she did not even attempt to fix the problem. I wouldn’t waste your time or your money at this Wendy’s until they get a manager with some sense.

Everytime I come to this location in san angelo they mess up my order. Last time I came they messed up my order 4 times on the same order. Don’t know how that even happens but they managed. The customer service was terrible. The food was nasty and chicken was cold when I got it. Just not a great experience whatsoever and this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them. And this is coming from someone who doesn’t like conflict or addressing issues.

Absolutely trash. I chose Wendy's drive thru on sherwood way in san angelo texas cause I needed quick and fast because I was in a hurry. Of course they screw up the order and I didn't have time to take it back. They didn't give me a receipt for the screwed up over priced food ND when I try calling them 20 some times they don't answer the phone.

After many times dealing with the same issues from this restaurant, I feel I have to finally leave a negative review. Every time I have come to this location I end up encountering the same issues. I am lactose intolerant and cannot have cheese on my burgers, and I make sure to tell the worker over the intercom “no cheese” to which they will repeat it to confirm, but they never mark it down on the order. This time when I got to the pay window I asked the worker if they had marked it no cheese, and he tells me they put it in as just a regular burger, so he has to leave the window to get it fixed. Once he confirms it’s correct, I pulled up to the pick up window and check the bags they give, just to see there’s a burger with cheese, so i once again have to tell the workers that it’s wrong. It honestly feels like the entire staff here is being willingly incompetent, and I’m so tired of it. I’d understand a mistake here and there, but this has been EVERY TIME, to the point i know i need to repeat my specifications and double check everything they hand me. Never coming to this location again, extremely disappointed in the staff.Dietary restrictions: They just don’t care it seems, double check all your food before leaving.
