Disappointing Pickup Experience.I recently placed an order for pickup at El Guacamole, expecting a seamless and efficient process. However, my experience left much to be desired, particularly in terms of customer service.Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was left waiting at the register to pay my bill without any acknowledgment from the employee. It's absolutely unacceptable to leave a customer standing alone, especially during the crucial step of payment. The lack of attention to detail and basic customer service etiquette is truly disappointing and frankly, ridiculous.While the food itself may have been satisfactory, the subpar service significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's disheartening to see such a lack of care for customers, especially in a service-driven industry like dining.I sincerely hope that Guacamole takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive and seamless pickup experience for its customers in the future.

We use to be regulars since it was our neighbohood restaurant but after with new management. This place is disgusting and the food isn’t good anymore. I do not recommend eating here. Apart from witnessing bugs run across the floor and seeing the kitchen from the dining area, it appears that cleanliness is the least of their concerns now. You are able to see the black and greasy buildup on the wall from the grill that’s been their for weeks. It’s gross. Some of our chips were stale and hard. I found something black and hard shape like a rock in my regular beef enchiladas.

Gave this restaurant 3 chances and all of them failed after new ownership . They are really dropping the ball here . I ordered carnitas plate and it was brought to me extremely shredded and super oily . Looked like machacado . Tortillas are thick and burnt from edges . Aside from that they discontinued lengua plate . The only good thing was the Dr pepper … it was calibrated perfectly..

Great place but disappointing to know get charged for using a credit card extra on the check and sad because you pay tax on that charge as well why you make plenty on your food and now charge extra for using a credit card . Truly sad because iv been going here a ton n to think all the extra iv been paying on top of my check over 50 times .

We go all the time and always have good food and good service but today I picked up tacos and they were not good. I called and she was rude and said this is the way it is now. While I was talking, she hung up. My whole family and many friends eat here. I guess our business doesn’t matter.

This isn’t the same as the place it used to be before it became el guacamole :( they put a stupid amount of cheese into my chicken tortilla soup and then they forgot my tortilla.The tortilla soup is also extremely salty but it has a large amount of chicken in it. If you like a really, really salty chicken tortilla soup, then this would be great for you. ?
