So the wife and I went to barbecue Republic two weeks ago for dinner and was not very impressed. The pull pork looked like it was from the day before the chicken was clearly over smoked. The brisket was very overcooked over smoked as well. Only thing that was truly edible was the nachos Was not very impressed with the barbecue selection that they have because everything was just so over smoked and it was hard to enjoy the food

The food was as any other normal bbq place. The price for the chopped brisket sandwich and for the sandwich to be almost smaller than a dollar menu McDonalds burger was just insane to me. I’ve eaten at so many bbq places and always get the brisket sandwich and the price isn’t the issue but the quality for such a small sandwich.. literally mind blown. The customer service on the phone was horrible from attitude because she couldn’t understand me and had attitude a sassy-ness the remainder of the call while placing order. Definitely not going back.

Outstanding in every respect. FINALLY a BBQ restaurant that rivals food you can make at home. Simply perfect. Everything was amazing. The staff was extra friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!
Look good on line but wasn't all that . My food wasn't hot enough was kind of in the cold site. The only thing that was good was the desert and drink. There's no way I would go back to that place . Food should always be hot with steam coming out .
Visited Today been wanting to for a while. 1 give this place a 9 out of 10 only because I felt the Brisquet Portions were somewhat small on the plates, but we did purchase addirional 2 pounds to go and that Brisket with that Bark is just Awesome!!!Overall it was very good and they are very friendly and welcoming.

Didn’t take a picture but I got about 4 little pieces of sausage and my wife got two small slices of brisket for our “meat plates” all for the low low price of $43 hmm never again. Maybe just prejudice against white people?!?!?
