We wanted some good Brisket that was also family owned well This place did not disappoint! The food was delicious!! And the service was Amazing! Definitely coming back when we visit San Antonio ❤️..
This place is a must stop when in SA. My family and I had the pleasure of stopping at Bar-B-Q Republic on our way to the beach in truck in trailer. ( added bonus there is a huge gravel parking lot of you have a large truck and/or trailer and need a place to get some great food.… back to it … as we walked up by chance we had the pleasure of meeting Oscar (the owner) and we’re able to talk a bit. Visited Today been wanting to for a while. 1 give this place a 9 out of 10 only because I felt the Brisquet Portions were somewhat small on the plates, but we did purchase addirional 2 pounds to go and that Brisket with that Bark is just Awesome!!!Overall it was very good and they are very friendly and welcoming.
