In my opinion, this Burger King on Ft Sam Houston Army Base is the best in San Antonio. I went to several other Burger King around town, and they were awful.

Drove through here. Nobody answered at the kiosk even after waiting for a couple of minutes, so I went inside. They told me to come through the drive through again. Nobody answered again! So I left.Disappointed by the disrespectful lack of service.

I'm gonna just put this here, because I was a little surprised, usually grab a French toast stick and iced mocha on my way to work. Today I asked for light ice. To my surprise...they took off .50. Hmmm . A closer look at my receipt showed they actually charge for ice. As a Veteran, I'm think they charge Soldiers .50 for ice. That's crazy!!!

The restaurant located on Fort Sam Houston says it opens at 530am and they had cones blocking the drive through when I drove up at 615am. I waited but no one ever came to remove the cones. I drove around the cone so it's behind me. When the lady finally came out at 630 she was upset with me cause I went around the cone. No one ever came out and let me know what was going on as a courtesy. She said they had \\\"complications\\\". I just think a sign or something should've been placed. If your hours say open at 530am thats the time you should open.

The double whopper burger I got actually looked like the advertised product when I unwrapped it at my desk. The large fries aren't as large as they used to be, but everything seemed fresh and tasted good.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger and salad are an option.Parking: Plenty of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The curbs are wheelchair accessible.

Everything was great as per the above star rating...only exception is, the mens rest room was nasty; like it wasn't cleaned for weeks, and my wife said the same for women's. Also, tables need constant cleaning i.e. Ketchup, BBQ sauce, and honey spills/mess were present. Soda machines were messy as well.
