Some of the best Army food I've had. It's easy to pick healthy entrees and get some veggies as sides. On days when you need it, they've got some soul food as well. Walk in, wash your hands, pay or notify attendants which course you're in, and choose a station. They have healthy options, grill, sandwich bar, ethnic food, and home cooking for entrees. Good variety of food options - you can select from the main entree bar, healthy options, meat carving corner, and more! It is the smaller of the two DFACs at Fort Sam Houston, but has a consistently wider selection of food, drinks, and deserts. There is also an espresso machine to really increase the classiness of the meal. It is the smaller dining facility, so lines can get pretty long and chaotic, but the seating is cozy and selection is good.

This might be the best DFAC in the military. Fine dining and has me very very satisfied as an Army Officer. Today I had chicken cordon bleu, phenomenal! Yesterday I had crab topped fish, exquisite! Oh, Have some cake!
