I feel as though the good reviews are written by employees or friends. Let me tell you the food was terrible, waiting over 30 minutes for food through the drive through is unacceptable. The customer service was terrible rude employees. When asked to speak to a manager they even was rude. I recommend not coming to this Burger King. I have also a recording of the conversation for my safety and will be turning it in with my police report of the experience I had at this establishment.

Horrible service. Staff had attitude and they play God with waiting times. I would never come back here. I placed simple orders as is, and they got that all wrong with giving me an array of unordered items. And they acted like I was in the wrong. Never again

It is like going to the no name brand corner store and ordering a burger but this one tastes ok but makes you sick. Fries had a chemical aftertaste. Change the damn frying oil. During the whole ordering exchange never did I hear a polite or welcoming customer service. It was like the hamburglars were working that night. Ordered a large onion rings and got a mix of fries and onion rings. And to top it off they were not that busy.

Employees use cellular phones while making hamburgers touching the lettuce ,tomato , pickles and etc. they just don't sanitize there hands while doing the hamburgers, also employees don't wash there hands when clocking in to work . I saw this at Burger King on SE. military Dr. The one close to Home Depot
