The manager and cook who made my burger even the cashier were really understanding about my frustrations on another location aside from the a/c not operating which I know it's not an issue they can fix more based off of available resources from franchise or corporate. I order a simple Texas Whopper that's it. Ordered it the way I wanted and I received it and enjoyed the burger thanks for making things simple. I appreciate it.
Drive thru was slow the food hot and alright (hey its burger King ). But was very apologetic about the slow service and she even gave me a crown that was pretty cool. All in all I would go back

Kid-friendliness: Customer service is the worst. Would not answer the drive through. I saw the supervisor outside in the parking lot , told her and she was like Orwell. I regularly eat here but I am going to find another place. Talking with my coworkers they all have had similar experience. I do love your food can't stand not being able to get it.
