Every time I go the service is friendly and the pastries are all fresh and delicious. My favorite is the plane sugar donuts. Light and fluffy not overly sweet! Perfect! Must stop by and try them out.
The moment I walk in I take a big whiff of that delicious freshly made panderia scent lol. Seriously though yellow and white conchas, pumpkin empanadas and cookies are all delicious ?.

We highly recommend Caballero Bakery, we walked in this morning and bought a box of pan dulce, a variety of pieces for The Humane Society to thank them for their hard work in our community. They wanted to know where this pan dulce came from, they commented , " we have never had pan dulce so fresh, and soft. Not hard and stale". We sent them a screenshot of their website.
