Cuishe Is Not Tex Mex but authentic interior Mexican food by the folks that own Toro in same complex. Amazing flavors and truly hard to find items like guacamole with bugs...yes bugs crispy and toasty bites of pure protein, even my kiddo loves them! Be adventurous and try a taste of something new and authentic...ps great for date night with best tequila happy hour in SA!

He was such a pleasant and positive person, even making sure to accommodate my vegetarian diet with much consideration. Highly recommend!?Vegetarian options: It would be nice if there were more healthy vegetarian options but they will try to accommodate you as best they can.

Service can't be beat. The manager Jesse is one of the best hosts I've ever had. Fernando is one of the best waitors ive ever seen. Seriously guys, this is a hidden gem tequila bar. The food is great and the tequila and mezcal are next level.... you're in for a treat. I can walk in and say I'll have the usual now. LOVE THIS PLACE.These guys will educate you and take you on a journey through tequila and mezcal.
Good appetizer (lengua) tongue and cántaro drink, but the shrimp tacos as well as the flautas lacked seasoning and/flavor. Very bland. Additionally, I’m not a fan of the micro taco. These are tacos using a tortilla that is simply put, tiny. They’re more of a bite size item than a full meal
