I was in San Antonio for a meeting in late January and had the pleasure of going to Cuishe and having Memo as my server. He was such a pleasant and positive person, even making sure to accommodate my vegetarian diet with much consideration. Highly recommend!?Vegetarian options: It would be nice if there were more healthy vegetarian options but they will try to accommodate you as best they can.
Its delicious food, the chef does an excellent job, from the entrance they welcome you with pleasure, the drinks are refreshing and delicious and the service of our waiter Memo is always impeccable, I will gladly return.Thanks for all your recommendations regarding drinks and food.

Amazing flavors and truly hard to find items like guacamole with bugs...yes bugs crispy and toasty bites of pure protein, even my kiddo loves them! Be adventurous and try a taste of something new and authentic...ps great for date night with best tequila happy hour in SA!
