Service Drinks Food I selected this restaurant for a group of friends that we have been RVing with for a while. None of them are very adventurous when it comes to trying new foods. Even the drinks. They were expecting a chips and salsa, blended margaritas type of place. This is nothing like that. We left it up to our server for drinks and appetizers. She hit it out of the park. Everyone was still talking about our dining experience days later.

This restaurant is amazing! The menu is an extraordinarily creative take on traditional cuisine from central Mexico. Karen, our server, was very patient with our questions, and helped us choose a nice mix of dishes. I had the Chile en Nogada, and it was superb! When you get tired of Tex-Mex, Cuishe Cocina Mexicana is the perfect antidote. Bravo!

I had a 5:30 reservation and it was somewhat empty with plenty of staff. Everyone was welcoming which I love. My dinner was mouthwatering and amazing. I’d love to try something else, but I will say for the time I was there for dinner our server was nice but not attentive. The place itself is beautiful definitely check out the bar. El bar está lindo. I was digging the music they had as well. I recommend the Tuetanos with some beans.

Great experience here this afternoon. Shout out to Paco for his friendly ways, delicious margaritas and great sightseeing information. Also enjoyed tacos al pastor, a quesadilla with asadero and chihuahua cheese and a cazuela with the most amazing chicken mole! Highly recommend.

I decided to swing by the Cuishe and enjoy some Mexican food. The service was great, and the food was good, BUT the portion size was extremely small for the price. I ended up paying over $36 (tip not included) for a Mexican Coke, tacos, and equites. The tacos are about 2 1/2" round. I ate one already before I took the photo . If you want some good Mexican food at a higher price this is your place. When in doubt, leave it out.

Stopped here for a happy hour snack. What a great place! We ordered their cantatarita, cervasa, Cazuelas and Tacos de Canasta. The cantarita was an awesome drink! The happy hour tacos were great! The restaurant itself had a great vibe and the employees were so nice and friendly.
