This restaurant is amazing! The menu is an extraordinarily creative take on traditional cuisine from central Mexico. Karen, our server, was very patient with our questions, and helped us choose a nice mix of dishes. I had the Chile en Nogada, and it was superb! When you get tired of Tex-Mex, Cuishe Cocina Mexicana is the perfect antidote. Bravo!
Definitely my favorite place since it is difficult to find a place in the USA that preserves the real flavors of Mexican food. This time Karen assisted us and was very attentive, very professional and friendly when doing her job.

Service Drinks Food I selected this restaurant for a group of friends that we have been RVing with for a while. None of them are very adventurous when it comes to trying new foods. Even the drinks. They were expecting a chips and salsa, blended margaritas type of place. This is nothing like that. We left it up to our server for drinks and appetizers. She hit it out of the park. Everyone was still talking about our dining experience days later.
