The staff is awesome however items are often out of stock. I always order through the app. One time they were out of large cups, the chorizo wrap, another time no croissant for the breakfast sandwich, or they were out of the sweetener I picked and recently their espresso machine was down.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar in the drive through. When I received my order the coffee tasted very watered down. I walked into the store and found two employees behind the counter one of which cutting off a broken finger nail at the drive through point of sale. I pointed out to the employee trimming her finger nails in a food prep-area was unhygienic to which the employee replied it was not a food prepping area very sarcastically. As I disagreed and found the fact the employee was trimming her finger nail any where near food being served to customers, I asked for a refund but was denied. After my refund was denied I asked to speak with a manager and the employee who was cutting her finger nail said she was the shift lead, in charge at the time,and identified herself as Emma.

This place needs to get it together. They're super slow, regardless of how busy or slow they are. Take way too long. Also, I go there quite a bit since I work down the street. I've had a few inconvenient experiences there, but the last one ultimately made me stop going. I was in the drive through last time, and after I paid the cashier (girl, one with glasses, smaller one since there's two) as she was handing me my change, she barley gave me enough time to grab it, and it flew out of my hand into the street! I was so pissed. They're always forgetting things in my order and basic stuff to, such as a fork, napkins, etc. Another time I was there inside ordering, I ordered a few things for me and a coworker, same cashier, took my order, and apparently after waiting almost 15 mins and I had asked her the status of my order, she said, "Oh what did you order?" even though she knew and plus, nobody else came in yet after me, it was slow. I showed my recipet, she then said the system didn't register it, then they started making it. Absolutely ridiculous! Waited for nothing! Wasted time!! Another time, I ordered just a hot coffee and she (same girl) then looked at me, kept staring then said, "oh", then started making it. I'm not sure what's happening at this location. Whether they're smoking in the back or just plain slow in more ways than one. The manager or area manager needs to check in and get this place on board. Ppl don't have time to waste, especially teachers since our break is just half an hour. I've now stopped going to this location. I'd rather drive further somewhere else. Get it together, guys. Retrain your employees.

Unfortunately, this place was doing really well for me but recently it has really gone down. Especially with customer service. Your employees need to pay attention to orders. My daughter asked for almond milk for her drink and it was made with regular milk. She gets very sick with milk. Today is her birthday and our plans got ruined. Pay attention to your order if you have to stop at this location. Also, they don't keep up with their selection of donuts. Hello your a donut shop.

I can see why this place has a 2.9 ratingEvery time I stop at this location it seems they're always out of the sourdough breakfast sandwich or the bagel minis. Or other things. And it always takes forever to get your order. It seems like they hardly ever have anything in stock except drinks and donuts.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed, very bad trained, seems like they don’t know what they are doing or how to treat people. Management needs to do something about this bc it’s not just a one time thing, it’s everytime i go. I only started going after boycotting Starbucks and I can tell you it’s not the same experience. These people need to be retrained.

I'm only giving one star because the workers are not the issue. The problem is every single time i have gone to this location they are out of something. Today it was large cups. They never have oat milk or almond milk or everything bagel minis. Who is doing the inventory for this location? Because obviously it needs new management if they are constantly out of things they know on a weekly basis they go through quickly. As I'm sure the employees are, i would be so embarrassed to work here. None of the other Dunkin's in the area seem to have this issue. It is sad because this used to be one of the better locations. I know myself and many other people i work with will not be returning to this specific location for this reason. It's sad when i got to work and explained what happened, my coworkers automatically knew which Dunkin i was talking about.

This Dunkin location is ALWAYS missing something. Last time they didn't have caramel syrup, and at my most recent visit they didn't have any glazed donuts !!! I don't recommend this Dunkin location.

Emily needs to work on her customer service skills. Went this afternoon for a coffee and she was not welcoming towards us nor had basic customer service skills. Unfortunate.

I've been a customer of this particular Dunkin ever since it opened, but a few months ago, the coffee started tasting terrible at this location. I now avoid that location, and I'm going to make sure people steer clear so they aren't wasting their money. If the coffee changes, I'll go back, but for now, no way.I drive further for better service. Will you all seriously please improve the coffee so that I can go back and enjoy it like before?
