The food and service was on point. We met the owner and he was very kind. We tried a variety of plates.

Amazing time dining with Chef Waldo. The food and service were fantastic. It was our first time trying Peruvian cuisine and as such ordered the chef’s choice. Hidden gem is an understatement. If you want a place to eat good food with great company, this is the spot. Can’t wait to go back!I recommend bringing cash in case the system is down!

Years ago this man invited me to wash dishes in that place, if you saw what I saw I swear that you would never come back in your lives but it is up to each person to their tastes, under the zink there were trays with grease that I don't know how much there was that I don't know. They even washed some with worms and I'm not lying to you, I don't know how the city had it and they wanted to have me there washing dishes and in the end I struggled quite a bit to get them to pay me. There are many things there, pay attention, that is one of the many things that I saw there, he must know who I am, he met me through Mrs. Rosa From the event hall that is on the corner behind the Valero, greetings, good afternoon ? and take good care of yourself

Punctuality is very important when you have a business. If your schedule says that you open at 11am...respect that schedule more than anything out of respect for your customers.

The resturant was nearly empty. Looked like it had seem better days. The food was ok but didn’t contain much lomo . The chica was really good. When we went to check out he then told us it was cash only. No signs up about it. Rather awkward as we didn’t have cash -had to go find atm He likes to talk but it was rather too

Great chef that is on our preferred list of wedding caterers at West River House. His restaurant in San Antonio promises just great food. His catering support was outstanding with his crew. Check out the table settings for our venue.
