The resturant was nearly empty. Looked like it had seem better days. The food was ok but didn’t contain much lomo . The chica was really good. When we went to check out he then told us it was cash only. No signs up about it. Rather awkward as we didn’t have cash -had to go find atm He likes to talk but it was rather too
This place is a true hidden gem. The food is incredible and Chef Waldo is such a passionate, amazing chef. You have to stop by and give his dishes a try. Highly recommend El Ceviche De Waldito.

Amazing time dining with Chef Waldo. The food and service were fantastic. It was our first time trying Peruvian cuisine and as such ordered the chef’s choice. Hidden gem is an understatement. If you want a place to eat good food with great company, this is the spot. Can’t wait to go back!I recommend bringing cash in case the system is down!
