After going to the park with my family yesterday, raspas and ice cream sounded so good. We decided to try this place out for the first time . My mother and I went to the window to place our order and this was what we got one strawberry and one lime ice cream, one mangonada, and two raspas . A older man took our order, he was friendly and he had the window opend all the way . My daughter and I got our order first. My mother and brother waited for there orders . A very rude girl (young girl) asked my mother's order again with the window open all the way . While my mother was telling her the order she closed the window in her FACE . 3 mins passed and she told my mom in a attitude voice the price of our order. She gave my mom and brother there items with the window halfway. My mother didnt say anything rude to her . At this time we all were hot and tired and just wanted to have something cool . But she was very rude and didnt have two be . If she doesnt like her job or being kind to customers who is spending money at the business she works at she shouldnt be working there at all. This was the worst service I had to dealt with. Everyone is responsible for their own actions and that was not called for. My mother is hurt by the way she was treated and will NEVER go here again. Actions should be taken. This was not called for and that young girl should be responsible for the way she treat my mother.
