The food was decent. The bread was hard and the baked potato would've been better with cheese and bacon. We weren't offered that. The worst was the cashier, she told us the amount then looked away. She didn't tell us to scan our card or that we should add a tip before proceeding. So we hadn't been here in years and were wanting chicken fried steak. So glad we chose to come here. A very large chicken fried steak with a very generous side of fried okra really hit the spot. Didn't even finish my plate. The salad that comes with every meal was good and their house green goddess salad dressing is still as fantastic as I remembered it. Their steaks are delicious. What I like is that the kids can order a burger on the other side of the wall and the adults can sit and have a steak, all at the same time. I’ve been coming to this place since I was little and it’s still really good. Next time I’ll take photos. But I would definitely recommend this place.
