Had to wait for to go order of Jack's Smash Burger. I was told it was because they are fresh made to order. Was tasty but over salted with cheese on it.

Took over 9 minutes on the drive-thru to take my order. I already knew what type of combo I wanted. The female that handed my drink to me. She told me she would take my food out and told me to pull to the end of the curb! She didn't bring it out, as she said. Another employee (female) came out and handed my food to another customer. Horrible service. I will not return to that location.

The staff here is very rude and inconsistent in their customer service skills. I recently tried to purchase food through their drive thru & was met with poor communication and rude attitude. I was trying to order and the girl taking drive thru orders was rushing me and I hadn’t even got done ordering when she gave me a total and told me to pull up to the window to pay. Needless to say I did go inside to speak with a manager and the gentleman at the front counter refused to give me any information regarding speaking with a manager or corporate representative. Either way the customer service is very poor and the employees are rude!

I recently had a great experience at Jack in the Box when I visited their drive-thru overnight. Despite it being late, the service was prompt and efficient. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated the convenience of being able to satisfy my cravings for their delicious food even during the late hours. The food itself was fresh, hot, and satisfying, just what I needed for a late-night snack. Overall, I was impressed by the excellent service and tasty food at Jack in the Box's overnight drive-thru, and I'll definitely be back for more late-night cravings in the future.
