I recently had a great experience at Jack in the Box when I visited their drive-thru overnight. Despite it being late, the service was prompt and efficient. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. This Jack location ranks in the low average of locations. Many times during late night visits, no one answers at the order window and when they do, they will state that they are only accepting cash, Uber orders or that they are out of vital things like sauces, meat, beverages, and fries. I am almost convinced that this is because of understaffing as there is often only one vehicle outside and one person inside.
