Went in to pick up a sandwich and no one was inside. I waited around for a while. Finally a girl came out of the restroom and said she was the only worker. The sandwich itself was really bad. The meat didn't taste good and the bread was super hard. Honestly it was hurting my jaw to chew the bread it was so hard and tough. I'll probably never return.

I ordered online and when I came to the store, they don't have my order. I showed my confirmation to the manager and he said he was sorry but he doesn't have the order. He confirmed the address location was fine on my confirmation, but the order wasn't on the system. I asked him how I can reclaim my order, any phone number I can call. He answered not. I paid for something and received a No for answer. I will never come back again.Follow upI changed the rating from 1 to 4 star because after my feedback I received a call from the owner where she apologized and explain to me there was an error and the employee is still in-training. I accepted errors can happen anytime to anyone. I received a credit from the store and I was able to get my order as I expected.

Lady with the pierced lip and tattoos was rude just because I couldn't hear her when I was trying to order I probably will never go back

Horrible service. The lady covered in tattoos and lip piercing was totally rude. I was turned off by the huge piercing which seemed unsanitary after which she proceeded to make sandwich. I ordered and wanted to use my rewards card but she didn’t want to help. She was totally ugly and had an attitude. I guess jimmy john doesn’t care about service anymore. No wonder I haven’t gone to jimmy John’s anymore.

I placed my order at 10:10am. My food got to me at 11:30am. My sandwich wasn't even made right. This place has gone downhill fast! Corporate, do something before its too late. This place sucks big mighty ones now.

This location is horrible at being freaky fast! I live less than 5 minutes away and usually takes them at least 30 min. This time it has been over an hour! I've tried to complain before and nothing ever gets done.

Just ordered for delivery and it took 45 minutes from just half a mile away. So much for freaky fast delivery… I opened my sandwich to take a bite and the bread is hard, had to crunch into it. Nothing about this sandwich is fresh, poor quality, will definitely not be ordering from here again.
