I’ve eaten at this Jimmy John’s many times and always had good experiences, but I was driven to write this review after the staff went above and beyond. I made an error and ordered pickup at the wrong location and rather than saying “Tough luck!” they called the other location, voided the order, and made it for me here. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!

Great food and staff as always, but who controls the music? The music playing on the in-house speakers (not some employee-owned bluetooth speaker behind the counter) was rap featuring... *all* the words, including descriptions of sex acts. I don't personally care but I doubt I'm in the majority. This was at 12:30pm. Loved my #9!

My very FIRST visit to Jimmy John’s will be my LAST! Ordered #9 Italian Nights with NO onion, add pickle. Got home, no pickles but plenty of onions!Ugh! Meat is very chewy & stringy. Ordered 16” #13 Cubano, online menus says NO lettuce & tomatoe on sandwich, got home covered in lettuce & tomatoes, & NO bacon either that’s supposed to be on the sandwich. What a waste of $30 bucks! Been there, done that, scratch it off the list! ??????Parking: Parking is scant & difficult to navigate due to the busy restaurant next door. Also ingress/egress from street difficult due to proximity to busy intersection.

Staff is amazing and the service was amazing as well, they stayed on top of everything and it’s a nice and clean environment.
Got in and got my food quick. I got the Ultimate Porker with a bag of jalapeño chips and a pickle. Good meal to last until dinner time.

Horrible experience I ordered from them and told them what I had and what i needed they said ok that's fine and when they showed up they didn't have it. I was told it would be fixed and brought back it wasn't and I called the store a lady answers I tell her she says I'm sorry she gonna fix it and to hold on and leaves me on hold for 30 minutes and never returned... just horrible

Ordered for delivery and over an hour and half went by without receiving my food, tried to call and ask where it was and there is no line connection. Just a dial tone. Called the customer service line and they said they can’t do anything about it. Paid for nothing!
