Great food and staff as always, but who controls the music? The music playing on the in-house speakers (not some employee-owned bluetooth speaker behind the counter) was rap featuring... *all* the words, including descriptions of sex acts. I don't personally care but I doubt I'm in the majority. This was at 12:30pm. Loved my #9!
I came in with large order and the team here was so professional, kind, and fast! They repeated back the order and were patient. Their customer service is truly great. I will be coming back here.

I’ve eaten at this Jimmy John’s many times and always had good experiences, but I was driven to write this review after the staff went above and beyond. I made an error and ordered pickup at the wrong location and rather than saying “Tough luck!” they called the other location, voided the order, and made it for me here. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!
