I share the same sentiment as a previous poster. Upon walking in, the re were two young ladies just sitting down and they were the only two in a sea of bored zombies filling the seats with laptop headtops. I made my way across the joint and no one ever acknowledged my existence. I looked around a little bit and waited a minute too long for someone behind the counter to come take my order. The two people behind the counter looked absolutely unhappy with their lives. No smile and not a word to anyone! I turned around and went out the door to the next coffee shop up the hwy. Waze lead me to Summer Moon. A completely different experience!! I was treated right away my a very happy young lady. She offered me options and asked exactly how I wanted my latte. My drink was made right in front of me faster than I had a chance to look around and shop. All this AFTER the person behind me being greeted by name!! Maybe Merit needs some training by the Summer Moon team on personality!

Highly recommend. Just a really good cup of coffee. Neither too strong or bitter, does not need a lot added to make it taste good. Nice building, clean inside, tables in and outside. Friendly folks, but queue to order can get long. They offer appropriate bread snacks. And unlike most coffee shops, if you order to stay they serve in a ceramic mug. Will be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Merit Coffee!!! Some of the best coffee I've ever had. The staff are always very welcoming and this is a great place to get work done. They have a wide selection of beans and I always get a few bags to take home with me!

Professional, skilled baristas making quality espresso drinks to order. Fine, varied menu with diverse options. Some essential baked goods. Honestly, I'm just so tired of heavy sugar in my usual Starbucks, that I just ordered a plain latte. At home I make a decent espresso, so I was impressed with the rich crema on top. I don't care about coffee art, but sometimes it's nice to know that the barista cares enough to make a pretty design. Next to Tesla Superchargers, so I've been here before. Good coffee.

The absolute worst coffee you’ll ever have, every single drink I’ve had here has been terrible and it’s always insanely overpriced. Got a s’mores latte today and for some reason it cost $10 and was actually spicy and bitter. Why in the world a s’mores latte, which one would expect to be sweet, was spicy I have no idea. First time I’ve ever had to throw away a full drink.Save your money and go to summer moon or Starbucks right down the road instead. It’s $3 cheaper and won’t make you gag on every sip.

I love Merit coffee but every time I come to this location it takes 10+ minutes for them to make a latte. I also notice they are usually behind on tickets and putting drinks out very slow causing frustration for customers. I suggest hiring faster/more baristas that can efficiently curate drinks.
Merit makes the absolute best coffee/espresso drinks in town. Their consistency is awesome, and the drinks are always spot-on. Friendly and helpful staff!

Upon entering, the place is decorated nicely. Lots of people are working on their personal computers, and a few tables are chatting. There are several places to sit. I cannot say that the service came with a smile. There was no smile, as I nervously browsed the menu in search of something to order. I chose a vanilla latte. They called my name, again, no smiles, but I happily took my drink. It was a drinkable temperature, but it was not deliciously tasty! It was sub-par, similar to church coffee with a vanilla coffee mate creamer added. All-in-all, this place is ok, it hits the mark for caffeine needs. I have other places that I can recommend, and this is not on my list.

I got an iced berry cobbler matcha and it was the most delicious thing, I barely made it down the road when I almost finished it. Definitely going back for it again!

The service here is 10/10! My favorite menu item is the Matcha latte. My order was called literally 5 secs after placing it. There’s free Wi-Fi & it’s a great place to study or get work done without any distractions. :)
