I love Merit coffee but every time I come to this location it takes 10+ minutes for them to make a latte. I also notice they are usually behind on tickets and putting drinks out very slow causing frustration for customers. I suggest hiring faster/more baristas that can efficiently curate drinks.
Upon entering, the place is decorated nicely. Lots of people are working on their personal computers, and a few tables are chatting. There are several places to sit. I cannot say that the service came with a smile. There was no smile, as I nervously browsed the menu in search of something to order. I chose a vanilla latte. Highly recommend. Just a really good cup of coffee. Neither too strong or bitter, does not need a lot added to make it taste good. Nice building, clean inside, tables in and outside. Friendly folks, but queue to order can get long. They offer appropriate bread snacks. And unlike most coffee shops, if you order to stay they serve in a ceramic mug. Will be back!
